Using bluehost for your business is a catastrophic mistake.They require you to take your web site down by updating the dns entry before you can assign it on their side.

Then the assignment does not work and after 3 days I cannot get anybody to resolve the issue or even get back to me when they promised.

Every time you contact technical support they either say you have to wait a couple of hours because their domain guys are not in, or simply say you cannot assign the site right now and that is all they know.When you ask to lodge a complaint they give you a email address to which there is no response

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of technical support and non delivery. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of bluehost web hosting and associated monetary loss in the amount of $30000. Bluehost needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.

How did you contact the number from South Africa. It doesent go through and I waite for hours on the chat and its been days they havent responded to the emails. Custom websites only R350/pm email sales@electrodeepmedia.co.za
