Ordered 4GB of extra RAM for my site hosted using Bluehost VPS plan. Credit card was charged immediately but the RAM never appeared on the machine after several reboots.

Contacted support repeatedly and was told to wait a few minutes, a few hours, 4-8 hours, the next working day, and finally no ETA available. It has now been 4 days and the extra RAM is nowhere to be seen. Support has now decided to remain silent when I contacted them regarding this issue. Also when I told a support representation by the name of Jake H that I expected the upgrade to be seamless, he told me off by saying that was not the way how computer works.

Oh well, pretty rude customer service attitude too. Please stay away and consider something like Lnmotion, Linode or Digital ocean instead!
